About the Author B. Don Franks is a professor in education handbook research science and chair of the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. Franks is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Academy of Kinesiology education handbook research science and Physical Education (AAKPE), education handbook research science and the Research Consortium of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation education handbook research science and Dance (AAHPERD).
